Come and join the happiest birth club in London - we’d love to become part of your wonderful journey!
We pride ourselves on staying by your side even after your baby is born, at a time when you can feel lonely and isolated. As a new parent, you may be confused by conflicting advice so cut through the nonsense and stay with the team of practitioners you have come to trust. (NB - These classes are open to Non-Happy Birth Club members so book early to avoid missing out).
A four-hour course for two people, this will equip you with the very best relaxation, deep breathing and visualisation techniques to use in preparation for labour; during the birth and also for life as a parent! Staying calm in the eye-of-the-storm is a life-skill that you will call on in birth and beyond. It helps to bond couples, encourages empathy with each other and will definitely involve a few laughs along the way. Our Hypnobirthing Coach Megan, is a fully-qualified, Katherine Graves-trained practitioner, trainee-midwife and mum. She makes everyone feel at ease and her expertise and common-sense wins over even the most skeptical students in the room! In our opinion, Hypnobirthing is a must - whatever type of birth you want.
A two-hour Paediatric First Aid class for all parents, grandparents and carers. All common incidents are covered including burns, choking, meningitis and basic resuscitation. This is an unmissable for anyone who may ever need to administer first-aid in an emergency to a baby or child. Hosted by award- winning Daisy First Aid, a member of The Association of First Aiders.
Baby massage is a lovely way to get your baby smiling. The benefits of skin to skin contact are well documented and in this exclusive Happy Birth Club course Monika can teach you techniques that help send baby to sleep, ease colic and wind and help you understand your baby’s cues.
Drag your tired bodies and babies for an afternoon session with Infant Sleep Consultant, Annie Simpson. Annie will broadly outline good sleep habits and solutions to common problems. We will then break for coffee while everyone gets at least ten minutes one-to-one with Annie to address individual concerns. All ages of babies and toddlers are catered for.
Deciding what, when and how to feed your baby can be one of the most stressful times in a new mum’s life. As part of our commitment to our wonderful Happy Birth Club we offer a session on weaning, feeding and baby nutrition with local Nutritionist, Rebecca Stevens. As you would expect from us, there will be lots of time to ask questions of Rebecca and tap into her years of experience. If you have any particular areas of concern, please let us know when booking your place so that we can best meet your needs
